Buy or Learn about Precious Metal Clay
and Art Clay Silver

Silver Clay is a combination of water, binders, and small particles of either silver or gold. It is molded into a desired shape then heated in a kiln to remove the binder and fuse the metal powder into a solid form. The result retains all the marks of the maker, transformed into a precious and durable object.

PMC3 25 grams of precious metal clay

Composition: 90% fine silver powder,;10% water and organic binder Shrinkage: 12% Physical Properties: Firing temperature: 600°C (1110°F) for 30 minutes; or 650°C (1200°F); for 20 minutes; or 700°C (1290°F) for 10 minutes • Melting point: 960°C (1762°F) • Density after firing: 9.3 S.G. (rolled silver = 10.5 S.G.) • Color: Pickle white

PMC+28 grams of precious metal clay Description: Work, roll, cut, shape and fire versatile PMC+® like clay. After firing, it comes out of your oven as a pure silver object.
