We do our best with our decoder rings to figure it out but sometimes we just can’t. Also, if you fax us a copy of a copy, by the time we receive it, a lot of the time, the page will be almost black, especially photos.

Orders are also received daily by mail, and email (sales@nmclay.com) and our web sites. When these are received, we pull the order as promptly as possible and either ship it out or put on the hold shelf to be picked up. As we know, sometimes the snail mail can take a while so if possible either call or fax the orders.

We also have customers that hand deliver the order to us and wait while we pull it. We are always happy to see you but it could take a while to pull your order depending on how busy we are. If you are in a hurry, get us the order before you show up and chances are that it will be ready when you come in.

Every order is checked and re-checked but we are human and do make mistakes. If you find a mistake, please let us know so we can correct it. Please call us as soon as possible so the problem doesn’t drag on for weeks or months. We try to put notes on each order if we are out of a certain product so you can reorder the next time you place an order. If you have someone picking up your order for you, please tell them the name you are under in our computer. We sometimes spend quite a bit of time searching for orders under the wrong name.
